How to Sign-up Online
STEPS:
- Type website address www.greencow.ph in your
web browser, click Log-in then with the assistance of your “Sponsor’s”
member access type-in his username and password.
- Go to “Register New”, then click
“”New Member” and fill-up all information
requested. Make sure to read and understand “Terms and
Agreement” before clicking ENTER.
- The “New Member” will now be listed,
pending mode of payment. Click “USE PV” to be approved
by the system.
IF NO PV: Purchase of Bizpak and other products
(Kindly read Bizpak guidelines)
- Place your order through Sponsor’s member
access just like in step 1.
- Go to “ORDER” tab, click “NEW
ORDER”. Then add your choice of products to shopping cart.
When done click “Make Order”. Click “SAVE”
invoice.
- Order will now be listed in the “ORDER”
tab, pending mode of payment. Click “ADD” for mode
of payment for the order to be processed.
- Once the order has been processed, PV is now
FIRST transferred to your sponsor’s PV Bank, (then go
back to Step 3) now click “USE PV”.
NEW MEMBER APPROVED
Congratulations! You are now an official distributor
of The GreenCow Company. You will now appear in the Genealogy Report
of your Sponsor.
Things you need to immediately do as a new member:
1. Assign PV to Your Account:
Log-in to the members access, type-in your USERNAME
and PASSWORD. Once inside go to “PROFILE”, then
click “PV BANK”. You would see that the 3000 PV
you purchased earlier is now there. Click “ASSIGN-TO-SELF”
and put the amount “3000 PV” then click “Ok”,
this would now be your first maintenance requirement for your
joining month to be qualified for commissions and bonuses. (Kindly
read PV bank guidelines)
2. Change Password:
Log-in to the members access, type-in your USERNAME
and PASSWORD. Once inside go to “PROFILE”, then
click “CHANGE PASSWORD”. This is for security purposes,
LOST PASSWORD: If you cannot remember your password,
click “Forgot Password” below the log-in box, the
system will automatically send a default password to the email
account you gave in your application form. You can use this
to log-in then change the password again.
GUIDELINES
GreenCow BIZPAK: The “Bizpak” is also
known as the Business “Starter-Pack” for GreenCow Distributors.
- The Bizpak is composed of an assortment of
products determined by the company.
- Products included in the Bizpak can vary and
change from time to time depending on the product promotion/marketing
strategy of the company.
- The peso value of the Bizpak is P3,000 at SRP.
- The point value of the Bizpak is 3000 PV.
- The Bizpak as a promo, is to be used
as initial purchase of a new distributor, however a distributor
is allowed to buy the Bizpak for his maintenance re-purchase
or even several Bizpaks as advance purchases for his group,
but still at P3,000 SRP each .
(Note: Bizpak is already at Net).
Another Option:
A prospective distributor can choose to buy the
Bizpak as initial entry or they can have a choice of what specific
product to buy at member’s discount as long as the total
single purchase is equivalent to 3000PV minimum.
PRODUCT DELIVERY: Door-To-Door
You can have your products conveniently delivered
to your door-step, office or clinic at a minimal cost. That means
you don’t have to go out of your way through traffic just
to pick up goods. No more hassles, No more commuting, No more delivery
to downlines. Saving you time and money!

PV BANK: Accumulated Point Value
This is one of several sophisticated programs of
the on-line GreenCow System given to all Distributors, minimal fees
will be implemented Jan 1, 2009. Distributors are allowed to accumulate
unlimited PV arising from their personal purchases every month stored
in their PV Bank. Within the same month period they can convert
this and earn extra income just by transferring (liquidating) the
PV to their downlines or use it to Sign-up new distributors.
Features:
1. Transfer PV to Yourself:
First and foremost you must assign to your account
at least 3000 PV every month. This is your requirement to remain
in Active status for you to be qualified for all the incentives.
All un-liquidated PV balance in your PV bank will automatically
be assigned-to-self at the end of the month.
- Log-in to your member account.
- Click “PV Bank”
- Click “Transfer-pv-to self”
- Type in the amount of PV to liquidate
- click ‘Ok”
2. Transfer PV to Other Distributors:
This feature allows you to liquidate your PV
bank balance to any distributor in the company. When the distributor
under you “assigns-to-self” the PV you sent him,
you earn income from the GC payplan.
- Log-in to your member account.
- Click “PV Bank”
- Click “Transfer-pv-to distributor”
- choose the username of distributor you want to liquidate the
PV to.
- type in the amount of PV to liquidate
- click ‘Ok”
3. Sign-up New Member:
You can also use the PV bank balance with at least
3000PV to sign-up new people under you.

Example: How to use PV Bank
Mr. Sipag is planning to expand his GreenCow
Business by going to the province to build a new leg for his
organization. What he does is this; using his member’s
access he buys 10 Bizpaks from the office in advance investing
P30,000. Upon payment confirmation, automatically 30,000 PV
(10 x 3000 PV) is also sent to his PV Bank. The following morning
he heads to his destination.
After a successful presentation, 10 persons want to join. They
go to the nearest internet café, log-on to GreenCow site.
Mr. Sipag gets their P3,000 each, hands them their product and
signs them up real-time using his PV Bank. On the way home,
his products were sold out, his P30,000 is back in his wallet
and he just made P10,000 in direct referral bonus all in the
same day! Thanks to his PV bank and real-time signup!

E-Cash cow Wallet: Online Credits
Another exciting program in the GreenCow online business is the
“E-CashCow Wallet”. Imagine cash-less transactions for
buying products online, your very own 24-7 electronic wallet, where
all your incentives/bonuses are stored. You are given the choice
to either make a cash request straight to your BDO or BPI bank accounts
or use it to make purchases online.
Features:
1. Making a cash request:
A Distributor can make a cash request anytime
as the credits appear on his E-cash cow wallet. However, sending
it to your bank account will follow the payout schedule which
is the 15th of every month.
- Log-in to your member account.
- Click “E-CashCow”
- Click “Make Cash-request”
- type in the “amount”
- click ‘Ok”
Payout Schedule:
a. Direct Referral Bonus: Cut-off day Sunday
1) All DRB earned from Monday to Sunday
goes straight to your E-cash cow in real-time.
2) You can make cash requests anytime.
3) Payout is Wednesday of the following week.
b. Fast Start and Retirement Income: Cut-off
date Last day of the Month, 12mn.
1) All FS and RI are computed real-time
just like the DRB however this is only sent to your E-CashCow
within the 1st week after cut-off date, pending adjustments
and confirmation of member status.
2) Once it is reflected already in your E-CashCow, you can
make CREDIT Transfers anytime.
3) CASH Payout is on or before the 15th of the month following
cut-off date.
c. Matching Bonus
1) After computing for the FS and RI, simultaneously
the Matching bonus will be computed and sent to your E-CashCow
within the 1st week after cut-off date, pending adjustments
and confirmation of member status.
2) Once it is reflected in your E-cash cow, you can make
CREDIT Transfers anytime.
3) Payout is also on or before the 15th of the month following
cut-off date.
2. Buy products online.
(Kindly refer to “How to purchase Bizpak
and other products” )
Example: How to use E-CashCow
Upon arriving home Mr. Sipag receives a call from 3 prospects
that they have decided to become distributors as well. Since
they are full time employees in the same company they don’t
have the time to go to the bank and make direct deposit payment
to GreenCow’s account for their Bizpaks. Mr. Sipag tells
them, “no problem I will visit you tomorrow at your office”.
At lunch break he arrives at their office, using
his P10,000 credits in his E-CashCow enough for him to purchase
3 Bizpaks and will leave him with P1,000 remaining balance.
Using 9000 PV in his PV Bank, he registers the 3 and gets their
P3,000 payment each, signed them up real-time, and told them
that their Bizpaks will be delivered to their office at minimal
cost the next day.
So at the end of another
fruitful day, he’s got P9,000 in Cash! P1,000 balance
left plus another P3,000 DRB total of P4,000 in his E-Cash Cow!
Now he can do some Shopping!
